  • A new feature has been added to allow admin users to add a PageBuilder element that gives them an option to create a link or button that will open a dialog inside the browser window with defined content. Applications for this feature include representing a url to a page or file, display a file, and presenting specified content. [IPREG-720]
  • A new feature has been added to allow admin user to create multiple notes on a registrant record. This feature enables the system to retain past notes and the dates they where added, while giving admin users the ability to mark notes for follow up and to add follow up notes. A new system report has also been added to allow admin users to view all follow up notes created. [IPREG-136]
  • Enhanced the Check-in By Classification report to include a bar chart visibility option. This Bar chart is also visible in the dash board. [IPREG-655]

  • A new feature has been added to the Add/Edit Admin User form that will allow setting which admin users will have the ability to change other admin user passwords. The layout of the add/edit form was also updated for better usability. [IPREG-342]
  • A new feature has been added to let users know when an event is in onsite mode and how to access it. The MultEvent report listing will now have a image saying ON-SITE next to the rows of the event listing for events that have an on-site status. A mouse over message will tell users where to find the appropriate URL to access the event. [IPREG-459]
  • Updated the MemberSuite integration to allow admin users to modify the MemberSuite error message the API returns when updating or adding a profile fails in the MemberSuite application. [IPREG-702]
  • The Bulk Emails sending process has been updated such that scheduled emails will always be sent on the date and time configured by the admin user. If an issue occurs that causes a delay in sending, the affected scheduled emails will be sent once the process is back online and the sending schedule will be resumed as specified in the configurations.   • Personnel logged into a public portal will now be prevented from changing their email address. If the current user is an Exhibitor Primary Contact a message will be displayed presenting them with options to Change Email or Change Primary Contact. After selecting an option, if the email entered is related to an existing profile the user will be prompted to enter the password of that profile for authentication, otherwise if a new email is entered the user will be allowed to create a password for a new profile.   • The financial summary has been enhanced to include a discounts section, thus discounts will no longer be displayed along with the other transactions under "Charges". This discount section will be used to show ad hoc discounts and promotional codes applied, with the actual promocode used shown only to admin users on the system backend.   • The default size of QR Codes has been doubled. Support has also been added for the size and the setting error correction in the template variable. Use the following format, where X is the an integer greater than 1 and Y is a character L, M, Q, H, (low, medium, better, best respectively). {qrcode:size=X|errorCorrection=Y|[{confirmation}]} The default value for the size is 4 and the default value for the error correction is H (best). When an invalid value or no value is provided the default will be used. [IPREG-283]
  • Updated the "note" field with the MemberSuite integration to be more concise and to appropriately identify when a users' company was not found in the list of Primary Organizations. [IPREG-479]
  • QR Codes and 2D (PDF-417) bar codes are now generated in a vector format. As a result of this change the codes can easily be scaled while retaining a high quality code on the badge. [IPREG-545]
  • Corrected an issue with the public Profile edit page so that it no longer displays the "reset/change password" in actions unless authorized to write the field item "Profiles" > "change/reset password".   • When enabling VAT a new real-time option is now available to verify VAT numbers via the European Commission. Along with this change comes a new Tax Exemption Status to indicate whether a VAT number is validated or not. "Verified" and "Unverified" VAT exemption statuses will work as VAT always has allowing the registrant to be exempt. No tax exemption number or a VAT exemption status of "Invalid" will not exempt the registrant from VAT. [IPREG-543]

This action will only be possible for records listed on the same page. If the shift key is held down when making the first selection of the page, only that check box will be selected. Using the Shift key to make multiple sequential selections can be repeated multiple times within the same page. If the report has multiple pages and the user navigates to another page in the same report, the action can again be repeated to have a combined selection of records selected on the current page along with those selected on the previous page.   • In order to allow for better control over the use of promo codes in various scenarios, the targeted promo code settings have been made available in the page builder element for adding a Promo Code. The add promo code element has a new setting for "Promo Code Limits" with an option to use the default limits or set custom limits. The option for using default limits contains a link to the options page that opens in a new tab/window. The setting is automatically set to use the default limits, but can be changed to set custom limits. At that time, new options appear that will override the default settings. [AD-7255]
