Version 6.10.1.1 - December 2, 2013
- When the option to skip the landing page for found profiles is turned on, the public registration process will now save any "set" fields via the page builder and any marketing codes in the URL.
Please note that any fields on the landing page that are not "set" fields (meaning, text boxes, drop downs, radio, etc) will not be saved when the profile is confirmed. Version 6.10.1 - November 25, 2013
- The dashboard items regarding money have been updated to link to a more appropriate report. Instead of linking to the Revenue Summary they now link to the listing report seen by the "#" dashboard items. [AD-5401]
- The process of creating a bulk email has been updated. A new field was added to collect the "Purpose". The selection of the template and the other options have been consolidated on one screen. Some fields have been renamed and the layout updated. Finally, a confirmation step has been added (similar to the one in Bulk Update). [AD-6163]
- ITN Purse Credit Fields have been added to the ITN badge fields. These fields are only available when using ITN for badge printing. [AD-6197]
- Invalid credit card charges will no longer show in the financial summary to the public user. Declined charges and authorizations that have been captured will only be visible in the Admin. [AD-6199]
- Session and exhibitor tasks will be expanded by default if there are 10 or fewer tasks. The threshold for default expansion can be modified via the Settings page for Sessions, Proposals, or Exhibitors. [AD-6235]
- A new financial transaction type for manual credit card entry is available via the Admin. Manual credit cards are done via manual entry and do not communicate with the payment gateway. Rather, they provide a way of documenting already existing credit card payments. [AD-6200]
- Credit card entries can now have a chargeback recorded against them. Chargebacks are done via manual entry and do not communicate with the payment gateway. Rather, they provide a way of documenting already existing chargebacks. [AD-6201]
- Cash, Check, PO, and Wire payments have been updated to allow credits via the Admin. When creating a payment, simply mark the payment using the check box labeled "This is a credit". [AD-6202]
- Added a "Filters Using This Package" section to the edit page of registration packages and a warning message after deleting the package regarding the filters that have been removed. [AD-4945]

Version 6.10 - November 15, 2013
- Roommate Matching is now available when using the housing and registration modules. Registrants may choose to room with a particular person, identified by email, or be matched upon with someone based on selected criteria. [AD-5718]
- A roommate matching settings page allows for the feature to be turned on or off as well as enable automatic, or real-time, matching. Lastly, the ability for registrants who selected Exempt can be automatically confirmed or require an admin user to take action. [AD-5719]
- A new page builder element has been added to the registration page builder to collect the registrant's "Roommate Matching Preference". [AD-5732]
- As part of the new roommate matching the following reports are now available: Unmatched Report, Matched Reported, Exempt Requested Report, and Roommate Matching Statuses Report. [AD-5733]

- A new test feature is added for emails. The new feature allows you to search for a registrant to use as the "test data". You then select if you want to send the test email to yourself and any additional email addresses. No email will be sent to the person selected as the test subject. This feature is currently restricted to Registration Templates. [AD-5568]
- QR codes and bar codes can now be added to templates. This is accomplished by adding either "Barcode Custom Data" for 1D barcodes or "QR Code Custom Data" for QR Codes. Once added to the template you simply replace the text "REPLACE THIS" with the content for your code. That content can be static data or dynamic data. To use dynamic data add the bar code first and then use template fields again to select the dynamic data. [AD-5712]
- Auto-complete options were added to Exhibitor tasks. The tasks can automatically be completed based on file uploads or the entry of a company profile. [AD-5894]
- A new features stores the current report filters, sorts, page number, and number of records to use when coming back to that report. This allows you to traverse records and go back to the report without losing your place. Only your most recent report settings will be stored at one time. [AD-5902]

- Waitlisting has been added to both Sessions and Auxiliary Events. This will allow attendees to add themselves to a waitlist for agenda builder sessions, workshops, or activities that have reached attendance capacity. A waitlist can be activated for each session and activity. Advanced filtering and reporting capabilities make it easy to track and follow-up with waitlisted individuals. [AD-5314]
- Within the Sessions module, the Conflicts > "Conflicting Sessions" report has been renamed to Conflicts > "Session Schedule". [AD-5471]
- Added the public messages for "The required number of workshop sessions points has not been met." and "The required number of workshop sessions has not been met." to the Languages feature. [AD-5459]
- The minimum and maximum number of workshops restrictions no longer prevent a registrant from saving a record if the registrant is not on the page for selecting the workshops. This allows registrants created by an Admin User to make a payment or other changes before they are ready to select workshops. Should the registrant not meet the restrictions a warning will be displayed instead of an error. [AD-5462]

- In extremely rare occasions, two credit card transactions can be processed at the exact same time. A bug caused the transactions to be updated with the same information and has been corrected. [AD-5309]
- Corrected an issue where changing the email address of a registrant and confirming a new profile did not update the change log and left a "ghost" charge that only showed in the Financial Summary Report. [AD-5317]
- Corrected an issue where a promo code on a record could cause the save time of the record to be very slow. [AD-5326]
