- The sort function of the Booth Type column in Exhibitor Booths listing did not work. This functionality has been fixed. [AD-3509]

- Within the various IPReg reports the paging counter formatting was displaying improperly. This has been addressed for client ease of use. [AD-2858]
- On lower resolutions the drop down navigation drops below the view of the browser. It was extremely difficult (sometimes impossible for the client) to get to the navigation items that are out of view as the dropdown was instantly lost when moused off the navigation. It was also difficult to use the drop out navigation (sub-items) due to the accidental mousing off the navigation slightly. New functionality has been added to address this usability issue. [AD-3264]
- A new report was created that displays the number of session proposals by type. The user now has the ability to click on the number shown in the report to drill-down into a more detailed view. The drill-down view shows proposals for the type that the user clicked on. [AD-2512]

- An administrative user could freely change or delete the Admin and Public dates tied to a hotel room block. They could do this even if there were active housing requests for that hotel room block in the system. They could also do this if there was inventory in use for the dates being removed. The system no longer allows the deletion or change of a room block day if it has requests or inventory tied to it. [AD-3327]

Version 6.2.7 - January 10, 2011
- Zend Framework 1.10.8 has several "new" pieces of functionality, various bug fixes, and some functionality changes as well that are important for continued forward development.
- Canceling an Exhibitor or deleting an Exhibitor Sponsorship Package or Sponsorship Item that had generated a Registration Promo Code used to be caught in a loop where the user would see a message that the Promo Code needed to be deleted first. Attempting to delete the Promo Code, the user would see a message that the Promo Code was 'in use' and could not be deleted. This change removes that loop so that canceling an Exhibitor or deleting an Exhibitor Sponsorship Package or Sponsorship Item deletes the Registration Promo Code in the same action.
- IPReg was rounding to too many decimal positions. This resulted in a situation where a person owes $0.00 but had a Balance Due status. The system should only round to 2 decimal places. This has been corrected to insure proper payment status.
- In the Exhibitor Registration Page Builder (Completion Steps), when attempting to select the template "Invoice", after saving, the system automatically reverted back to "Instant Gratification" template. The system was having an issue properly identifying the non-default template and was therefore reverting to "Instant Gratification" as a fail safe.
- An error message was being shown on Public and Admin portals for Unlimited Purchasable items. The system stated that there was a limit of 0 for items with an unlimited purchase limit.
- Changes made to an assigned copy of a package do not reflect appropriately in the financials for that Exhibitor. However, if the Sponsorship Package itself is altered and then re-added the Financials are updated appropriately. The assigned package now reflects properly on Exhibitor financials when updated.
- Housing export report did not include the Bill to Master field or the Billing Information fields. These have been added to the export.
- If you canceled a housing request from the report the system kept the record in the list and changed the status to Canceled. Afterwards if you clicked the "Edit" icon next to the Canceled request and hit Save the status reverted back to Requested from Canceled and showed as blank in the housing request report.
- Hotel dates without inventory were not being removed from the drop-down list on the public registration portal Housing Request page. These should not be shown and have been removed.
- Revenue Summary Report Changes: This issue addresses several items. For the Revenue Summary Report, it updates the column names and what they show per the RFC. For the drilldowns accessible from the report it updates column names, stops grouping by transaction class, includes multiple relevant new columns. It also adds counts to all line items for both reports, which then will ink to a registration line item report. Lastly, it creates a Registration Line Item report, which lists registrations based on the criteria that defines the line item in either report.
- In the Exhibitor Booth Revenue Summary report an apostrophe in booth type name would break the 'Description' column filter. The filters will now handle apostrophes.
- When Restoring a Cancelled registration that once had a hotel request, and not enough inventory is available, there should have been a warning message displayed that the inventory is full but the record will be saved. The system was not doing so and disallowing the creation of the housing request. This has been fixed.
- Users who were not part of the Administrator group but who were authorized to view the Exhibitor Ancillary Sponsorship were receiving permission errors when filtering the report. This has been corrected.
- Users who were not part of the Administrator group but who were authorized to view the Setup->Housing Settings were receiving permission errors when loading the page. This has been corrected.
- Within the housing request report there are two icons next to each row: an edit icon and a delete icon. If you used the delete icon from the report list the system displayed the message "Housing Request was canceled". The request wasn't canceled, it still appeared in the report and exports. The delete icon has been fixed to work as intended.
- Inconsistent "Check All" checkbox placement. In some areas it was placed at the top of the form, in others near the bottom. The "Check All" checkbox are now located at the top of the section it controls.
- In Setup ->Housing->Housing Room Blocks the State field was required regardless if the hotel is US or not. It should not have been required if the country is not the United States.
- A badge print confirmation message was added. This is to help insure users do not submit multiple badge print requests.
- The Bulk Email would allow the admin user to click the "Select recipients individually?" checkbox, without then selecting any individual registrants. When that happened, the system should have displayed an error message indicating that "No registrants have been selected and no emails will be sent" - then return to the same page, highlighting the "Select recipients individually?" checkbox in red. This has functionality has been added.
- In the Administrator Sete been corrected.
- Registration->Countries->Visible to Public checkbox was not checked as default at either the MultEvent or local event admin levels although it should have been. Registration - Countries - Visible to Public checkbox is now checked by default.
- The Setup->User Templates had multiple text formatting errors. They were: 1.) 'Save for Later Keycode' changed to 'Save For Later Keycode'. 2.) ' Housing Sub-block' section header changed to ' Housing Sub-Block'. 3.) 'GolfSponsors' section header changed to 'Golf Sponsors'.
- Included event name on browser tab for Admin instances to increase ease of use.
