- In the Exhibitor Registration Page Builder, when trying to use the Enable Filter for a field that uses the Ancillary Sponsorships, a list for Sponsorship Packages was shown. It now shows the proper listing of Ancillary Sponsorships.
- The referential integrity checks present in the 'Clear Test Data - Exhibitor' function were preventing the Exhibitor data from being cleared. The cause was Registration Promo Codes that were generated when an Exhibitor selected an Exhibitor Sponsorship Package which included Sponsorship Items of the type 'Personnel' that generated a Registration Promo Codes that was subsequently used to register attendees. The nature of the fix is that that now the 'Clear Test Data - Exhibitor' function will also clear all Registration Promo Codes that were generated as described above - along with the Exhibitor data.
- When the public registration portal was entered via the Exhibitor portal's Promocode link there the login form did not work. Thhis behavior has been corrected.
- Read only text elements for the Selected Ancillary Sponsorships and Selected Booths are not available on the Exhibitor Review Page. They have been added to increase user functionality and experience.
- The 'limit to' element on the Exhibitor Sponsorship Package allows you to select Exhibitor Types to selectively show or not show Sponsorship Packages to certain exhibitor types. This was not working properly.
- Pick Ticket Type element on landing page is not enforcing 'required' setting. A user could submit the form without choosing a Ticket Type. This has been resolved by adding the enforcement of the "required" setting.
- The Public Codes field prints contained within the ITN Badge service printing as "ArrayArrayArray...". It has been modified to parse through the information arrays, insuring the proper printing of the ITN badges.
- In the Exhibitor Page Builder, the system is not allowing to filter Exhibitor Additional Questions, other than single-line text boxes. If an Exhibitor Additional Question is set-up as a check box or radio button, the options do not appear at all when attempting to filter using those specific questions. Only additional questions that were set up as a text box appear as a selection. All types of additional questions are now available for filtering in Exhibitor Page Builder.
- Sponsorship Packages do not have the ability to be purchased in multiple quantities. The the "Enable Quantity" option has been removed and the ability to show the number sold has been added.
- The Search Golf Sponsor form has no columns to select or filters to select on the search page, nor the ability to edit a record from the search results. The filters and ability to edit the resulting records have been added.
- An Admin user could exceed a Promo Code (PC) Limit when applying a PC to registration record without warning. While the Admin user is allowed to do this, a warning has been added to insure that they know the limitation has been exceeded.
- Creating a Golf Sponsorship package bearing the same name ("Gold") as a Exhibitor Sponsorship package ("Gold") generated a false error warning of a pre-exising sponsorship package with the same name. The Golf Sponsorship package creation now only checks amongst pre-existing Golf Sponsorship packages for naming collisions.
- Adding Sponsorship Packages without a payment Account was resulting in a generic 'There was an error' message. A more informational "Financial Accounts must be created before adding Packages" message has been added for this circumstance.
- When adding a room reservation to a registration via the Administrative interface, the system was not using the Arrival and Departure dates to ascertain room availability. This has been fixed.
- The change log for a registration was not recording the name of the person who created the initial registration. The full name of that person is now being recorded in the change log.
- In IE7, the right most column within the Registration Search was improperly formatted, making the contents difficult to read. The formatting has been corrected for usability.
- Within the Admin portal the "Hide" link on left sidebar of the screen does not change to "Show" after being used to hide the side bar. While functionally correct, it should read "Show" from a UI standpoint. A "Show" graphic has been added to address this.
- Within the IPReg admin Session module, Session Schedule the layout was rendering poorly in IE7. This has been corrected.
- Purchasable Item - Advance Report counted individuals that have removed the purchasable item. The results showed all individuals who have purchased the item at one time, even if they have removed the purchasable item from their registration (but are still registered for a primary package). It also only listed a person once even if they have bought the item 2 or 3 times. This behavior has been corrected in the reporting.
- Timezone list has non-standard entries, such as Factory, Navajo and Universal.. These have been removed.
- AAG Packages page was not using the default or assigned theme even if the theme showed on the template preview page.
- In the IPReg Admin Golf Sponsorship Items Report, 'Type' column was missing sorting controls. It has been added.
- When you created an Advanced Report you gave it a Name and Description. When you run a saved Advanced Report it should show the Name as the page title and the description text beneath it. Currently it appears that it displays the "Report Based On" value. The name and description have been added to the saved advance report display.
- In the IPReg Admin, Air Travel - Add Air Travel Arrival Date- Change the label text read "Visible to public". It has been changed to "Visible to Public".
- The "Saved" status message on the Check In Computers - Edit Computer was not proper. It has been changed from "Computer saved" to "Computer Saved".
- Poor spelling within the Golf Sponsor Personnel Roles, including misspellings and grammar, have been corrected.
